1.Overview
In the promotion process of rig, the extended length of side cylinder to side driller and to driller is inconsistent, which causes distortion in drilling rigs and drilling stage base, and even accident occurs. This instrument solves this problem well.
MSPK-1 rig lifting-balance monitoring instrument is composed of host computer, high-precision biax angle sensor and explosion proof junction box. The instrument is installed on the derrick beam. When working, angle sensor monitor derrick inclination; after host computer receives the test data, it works out the inclination of derrick and display the balance condition in the lifting of the drill rig , and controls the extended length of side cylinder to side driller and to driller.
